A Studio Delivering Customized Interiors Since 2014: In Pune and Beyond
Two people and one shared belief created the foundation of SpazioLiv. The brand was established with one goal: to give homeowners the dream interiors they deserve. To date, every project is inspired by the same idea.
Welcome To SpazioLiv
Our Story: Where It All Started
SpazioLiv started with the idea of solving one problem: most home interior designers were working to give their clients’ spaces a more finished look. While there’s nothing wrong with improving the aesthetics, what they missed was more crucial. They forgot to ask: was the home functional enough to withstand the day-to-day life of the people it was made for? Prem Varma and Vishakha Borgaonkar understood that the services clients were receiving were not sufficient. So, they built a company with the goal of creating interior designs by asking people how they actually live.
What began as an idea in 2014 has since grown into a trusted premium interior design company, working across residential and commercial spaces. In all these years, one thing has stayed consistent: our zeal to create spaces that genuinely help the people inside them feel better, do better, and live better!
Why SpazioLiv
Why Choose SpazioLiv as Your Interior Design Company?
SpazioLiv is a modern interior design company for homes in Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore, and Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. We’re known for delivering luxury home interiors, living room interiors, bedroom interiors, kids' room interiors, premium kitchen interiors, and home renovation services.
What sets us apart isn't one single specialty; it is how consistently we deliver end-to-end interior design and execution services, project after project.
Single Point of Contact
Instead of managing each requirement separately, you work with a single point of contact. One team will handle everything, including material decisions, vendor coordination, and site visits.
Customized Home Interior Design Solutions
Every new project gets a new layout and design. Our luxury interior designers shape every space around the people actually living in it, rather than relying on a pre-built template.
On-Time Completion
During the initial consultation, we convey the required timeline to you. Everything that happens next is planned around this timeline, so there’s no scope for delays and the frustration arising from them.
Best Quality Materials
Every piece of plywood, laminate, and fitting is chosen to ensure ultimate durability. The materials and finishes are handpicked carefully so that they last in terms of strength and appearance for years.
Affordability and EMI Options
The cost of our turnkey interior solutions in Pune is very reasonable, added to which, we also offer flexible EMI plans. This makes it easier for you to plan the finances for your interior project without strain.
Assured Warranty
The materials used in the modular kitchens, wardrobes, and bath fittings installed by SpazioLiv are backed by a warranty of up to 10 years, so your investment is protected in the long run.
Smart Space Planning
Every layout is planned to make the most of the available square footage, whether that's a compact 2 BHK or a sprawling villa. Our interior designers in Bangalore plan everything meticulously to fit your needs.
Complete Turnkey Interior Solutions
Right from the first design sketch to the final handover, we manage the entire process with the help of our in-house team; no outsourcing and no need to bring together separate vendors.

Complete solutions, no compromises.
Our vision extends beyond the improvement of just one home. We want SpazioLiv to be known as the company that delivers complete turnkey home interior solutions without making any compromises. The People Behind The Work
Meet Our Founders
SpazioLiv was founded by Prem Varma and Vishakha Borgaonkar with the aim of redefining what an interior for home should be like. Prem and Vishakha are two young entrepreneurs who saw a gap between how interior design services were being sold in India and what homeowners actually needed from their spaces. With their own set of specializations, they have built a company around one core idea: a home should be designed around the people living in it, instead of them having to adjust to a home that was built to fit a template.
Prem Varma
Co-Founder, Design & Execution
Prem leads the creative and operational side of the business, thanks to his mastery of design integrity, spatial planning, and execution details. His goal is to ensure that the designed space matches what was promised to the clients. Every project he has worked on carries the same standard, one that is unique, not copied or imitated, no matter the scale or size.
Vishakha Borgaonkar
Co-Founder, Strategy & Experience
Vishakha handles the strategic and experiential side of SpazioLiv, overseeing how it becomes the go-to brand for anyone looking for a luxury interior designer in Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore, and Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. Her work involves catalyzing the brand's growth, directing how it connects with new clients, and keeping it relevant in a market where there's no shortage of options.
