SpazioLiv offers interior designs customized according to the design requirements, selected materials, finishes, specifications, and level of customization involved. The price of a project may therefore vary from one client to another. Any change to an approved design, layout, size, material, finish, fitting, or specification may lead to additional charges and a revised project timeline. Such changes may also require the previously selected quotation or package to be revised.

2.3 Quotations

Before work begins, SpazioLiv will share a quotation containing the proposed scope, products or services included, specifications, and estimated cost of the project.

2.4 Changes to Scope

Changes requested after the quotation is consented to may affect the final project cost, delivery timeline, and installation schedule. The final scope of work will be based on the approved quotation and 3D design visualization agreed upon by you and SpazioLiv.

3. Use of Website

6. Obligations of the Parties

6.1 Responsibilities of the Client

For work to proceed smoothly, clients are expected to:

Share correct details relating to the property, site conditions, project requirements, and contact information.
Give the SpazioLiv team safe and timely access to the site for measurements, inspections, deliveries, installation, and other scheduled visits.
Make payments within the agreed timelines.
Review and approve quotations, layouts, designs, drawings, materials, and finishes before manufacturing or procurement begins.
Understand that a 3D visualization is a representation of the proposed design. Small differences in colour, grain, texture, finish, or appearance may be visible in the completed work.
Permit project photographs or videos where agreed, for documentation, quality records, portfolio use, or promotional purposes.

6.2 SpazioLiv’s Responsibilities

As the interior design and execution provider, SpazioLiv will:

Provide design consultation as included in the project scope.
Suggest materials, finishes, layouts, and solutions suited to the agreed requirements.
Manufacture, procure, deliver, assemble, or install items included in the confirmed scope.
Keep the client reasonably informed about project progress.
Communicate important changes that may have a material effect on the cost or timeline.
Coordinate the project through the appropriate members of our team.
Honour applicable warranties according to the conditions communicated with the product or service.

7. Project Timelines

Once the design, specifications, approvals, and project scope are finalized, SpazioLiv will provide an estimated timeline for completion. We will make reasonable efforts to follow that schedule. However, an interior project can involve several dependencies, and dates may change because of material availability, site conditions, logistics, labour issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Delays in approvals, payments, site readiness, access to the property, or changes requested by the client may also affect the schedule. If we become aware of a significant change to the expected completion period, we will communicate it to the client.

8. Warranty

Certain products supplied or installed by SpazioLiv may carry a warranty. The applicable warranty period, coverage, conditions, and exclusions will be those stated in the quotation, invoice, warranty document, or other written information given to the client.

Unless stated otherwise, warranty support will apply after the relevant work has been completed or the project has been handed over, and outstanding payments have been cleared.

For warranty assistance, we may ask for:

A description of the problem
Relevant photographs or videos

Warranty does not ordinarily cover problems caused by misuse, poor maintenance, unauthorized alterations, external damage, regular wear and tear, or conditions outside the intended use of the product.

9. Limitation of Liability
